Kai is a Japanese restaurant based in Polanco, Mexico City. The concept is inspired by the oldest form of theater in Japan called Noh. It is characterized for being traditional, exclusive, versatile & intimate.
We took the spotlight of the theater as our main element. The idea of the restaurant is to unmask the flavors and textures of the food.
